Terms and conditions
 

1. Booking and payment​

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking that will go towards your total balance.

• Full payment is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon

• Payment methods accepted include cash , credit/debt cards , and electronic bank transfers.​

• All bookings have to be made atleast (two)2 weeks before event date.

 

2.Cancellation and refunds​

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in forfeiture of the depsoit.

 

3. Menu selection and changes 

• ​Menu must be confirmed  48 hours prior to the event.

Any changes to the menu must be communicated within a reasonable time frame and may be subject to additional charges.

 

4. Allergies and dietary

• It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions among their guest.

While we will make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs , we cannot grantee the absents of allergens in our food products.

 

5. Delivery and set-up

• Delivery and set up fees may apply depending on the location and size of the event.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and making sure someone is available to receive the order at the designated

 

6. Indemnification​

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the catering company from any claims  ,  damages , or liabilities arising from the event , including but not limited to accidents , injuries , or food relate illnesses.

 

7. Force majeure​

• The catering company should not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control , including but not limited to natural disasters , strikes , or government regulations.

 

8. Government law and jurisdiction​

• These terms and conditions shall be govern by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolve exclusively in the courts of Oklahoma.

 

9. Modification of terms

• The catering company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes , and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
